Metal Racking System

This is our most popular heavy duty racking system ever, a firm favourite across Great Britain.

Heavy Duty Rivet Racking is a metal racking system that offers incredible value for money, whilst offering great strength and rigidity. The racking system is simple to build, with all parts being tapped together by a rubber mallet.

All components are joined via the heavy duty rivet and key hole slot which offers a simple and effective way to assemble the racking.

All bays come with four levels which have a central deck support on bays 1220 to 1830 wide, while 2440mm wide bays have two per level, providing that secret strength to all our rivet bays.

Our heavy duty racking is absolutely ideal for storing heavy parts (up to 550Kgs per shelf or 650Kgs per shelf on the short width bays) in the factory, warehouse, storeroom or stockroom.
